Does Resolve contact the company for me?
No. Resolve drafts text and helps organize dates and tasks. You edit, approve, and send every communication yourself.
What happens to uploaded documents?
Evidence is stored privately for the signed-in case owner to reference. At launch, images and PDFs are not copied to an AI provider or read automatically. Paste the relevant text or enter the facts manually, and redact unnecessary sensitive identifiers before uploading.
Can Resolve guarantee I will recover money?
No. Resolve can improve organization and follow-through, but it cannot control company decisions or guarantee an outcome.
What happens if I delete my free case?
The case and its evidence are deleted, but the one-time free-case benefit remains used. An active Plus membership includes additional Resolve cases.
What if my issue is outside the supported categories?
Resolve explains the limitation and, when appropriate, links to an official government resource. It does not improvise guidance for restricted matters.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Resolve is an educational case organizer and drafting tool, not a law firm, financial adviser, tax service, or dispute-submission service.
