Manage connected and saved data
Disconnect removes Plaid-connected data. Delete saved data removes planning records and also disconnects Plaid, while keeping your sign-in and billing account. Permanent account deletion removes the account and prevents an old session or delayed provider update from restoring it. It does not automatically refund prior payments. Apple-managed subscriptions must be canceled through Apple subscription settings.
Permanently delete your account
This permanently removes the Money in Reach sign-in, profile, plans, progress, connected-account cache, Resolve cases and evidence, and unused entitlements. It cancels a Stripe-managed Plus subscription. Cancel an Apple-managed Plus subscription through Apple subscription settings before deleting this account. An old session or delayed provider update cannot restore the deleted account. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, cleanup remains pending while support completes it. Stripe, App Store, and limited pseudonymized legal records may remain for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. This cannot be undone and does not automatically issue a refund.
