- Calculations and connected data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
- AI output and Resolve drafts must be reviewed and confirmed by you.
- Money in Reach does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, mortgage, insurance, or accounting advice.
Not financial or professional advice
Money in Reach provides general education, examples, estimates, checklists, market summaries, and user-directed planning tools. It is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, credit-repair organization, insurance producer, mortgage broker, attorney, accountant, or tax preparer. Nothing in the Service is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, mortgage, insurance, estate-planning, or accounting advice.
Calculations and connected data
Calculator results depend on your entries and simplified assumptions. Rates, tax rules, market conditions, institution data, transaction categories, and balances can change or be incomplete. Connected-account data is not an official statement and Money in Reach does not initiate transfers. Verify decisions with current institution records and official sources.
Reach Guide and generated material
AI output may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated. It is not a factual finding, professional opinion, or decision. Do not enter sensitive identifiers. Confirm all facts, dates, amounts, deadlines, and sources before relying on or sending generated text.
Resolve
Resolve organizes a consumer case and drafts text for you to review. It does not determine that a company owes money; interpret law or contracts; send messages; make calls; file disputes, complaints, or court papers; negotiate; represent you; or guarantee recovery. You make every decision and send every communication. Active fraud, identity theft, legal proceedings, tax disputes, medical-insurance appeals, bankruptcy, debt settlement, and emergencies are outside its scope.
Investing and Market Notes
Investing content explains concepts and risks and does not recommend a security, portfolio, trade, platform, or contribution amount. Market Notes are time-sensitive summaries, not research reports or predictions. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and investing can result in loss.
Tax, credit, mortgage, and insurance content
W-4 and tax content is educational preparation only; use current IRS and state materials. Lenders, credit providers, insurers, and government agencies apply their own criteria, data, policies, and documentation requirements. Money in Reach does not promise approval, savings, a credit-score change, a tax result, or eligibility.
Emergencies and deadlines
Do not rely on Money in Reach to monitor a legal, tax, payment-dispute, fraud, or other mandatory deadline. The Service is not an emergency service. For immediate danger call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service; for suspected fraud or identity theft, promptly contact the relevant institution and verified government resources.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your records, confirming the current rules that apply, protecting credentials, deciding whether an action is appropriate, and consulting a qualified professional when the consequences are important or uncertain. See the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for complete information.
