Choose electronic delivery for required records.
This consent covers agreements, receipts, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations, and other required Money in Reach records.
Effective: August 7, 2026 · Last updated: August 31, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-31
- Required records may appear in the app or website, arrive by email, or be available through an emailed link.
- You can save or print records and request a reasonable paper copy without a current fee.
- You can withdraw this consent for future records. Some protected features will pause until you consent again.
Scope of consent
By separately selecting the electronic-communications checkbox, you consent to receive agreements, policies, disclosures, receipts, payment confirmations, automatic-renewal and price-change notices, cancellation confirmations, privacy notices, and other records relating to Money in Reach electronically. Records may be provided on the website or app, by email to the verified account address, or through a link in an email.
This consent applies only to Money in Reach records. It does not enroll you in marketing messages or Resolve reminders; those choices are separate.
Hardware and software
You need a device with internet access, a current browser or supported Money in Reach app, an active email address, storage sufficient to save records, and software capable of displaying HTML and PDF files. Selecting the checkbox confirms that you can access this page and the linked Terms and Privacy Notice on the device you are using.
Paper copies
You may print or save any displayed record. You may request a paper copy of a legally required record by contacting admin@moneyinreach.net or using the contact page. Money in Reach currently does not charge for a reasonable paper-copy request. A delivery address and identity verification may be required.
Keeping contact information current
Keep the email address on your Money in Reach and Stripe accounts current and review spam or filtering settings. To change the address used for required records:
- Sign in to your Money in Reach account.
- Use the contact form with the subject “Update electronic contact email,” or email admin@moneyinreach.net from the current account address. State the current and requested new address, but do not send a password or financial document.
- Complete the identity and new-address verification instructions. Money in Reach will confirm when the change is effective; continue monitoring the former address until that confirmation.
If you cannot access the current address, use the contact form and support will provide an alternative identity-verification process. Updating Money in Reach does not automatically update Stripe; use Account > Manage billing to update the billing email. A notice is considered provided electronically only to the extent permitted by applicable law; a known failed delivery will be handled as required.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent prospectively with the “Withdraw electronic consent” control in Account, through the contact page, or by emailing admin@moneyinreach.net. The Account control explains the consequence and records the effective time immediately. A support request becomes effective when Money in Reach confirms it after identity verification.
Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records already provided. Protected planning, Resolve, connected-account, and new-purchase actions pause until you provide new affirmative consent. You may still cancel or manage billing online, request paper copies, export or delete data, permanently delete the account, and exercise privacy rights.
Technical changes
If hardware or software requirements materially change in a way that creates a material risk you can no longer access required records, Money in Reach will provide notice and request renewed consent when required.
Contact
Questions or paper-copy and withdrawal requests may be submitted through the contact page or to admin@moneyinreach.net. Do not send passwords, card details, or sensitive documents through ordinary email.
